Ukrainian borscht - one of the most popular dishes of Ukrainian cuisine. Its unique taste made him famous worldwide. Borsch has many kinds and ways of cooking. In different regions of Ukraine it is prepared differently.

Ingredients:
Beef - 600-700 gr.
beets - 500 gr.
Potatoes - 500 gr.
carrots - 200 g.
onion - 200 gr.
3 tbsp tomato paste or 3 tomato
cabbage - 300 g.
Garlic - 3-4 cloves of garlic
bay leaf - 3-4 pieces.
Vinegar - 1-2 tsp
salt and pepper to taste

To start take a pan and put the it in the meat and simmer for 1 hour

Then cut the meat dices andadd to the pot.

Carrot grate on a grater,beetroot cut into strips and finely chop the onion

Cut tomatoes into in small dices andcabbage cut into strips.

Beetroot fry in oil then add the tomatoes, vinegar and simmerfor 5-7 min.

Fry onion in oil and add the carrots.

Potatoes cut into cubes and add to boiling broth, bring to a boil and add salt.

Add the cabbage to the pot and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add beets and simmer another 10 minutes. Then add the onions and carrots.
